To rent from Gio's Vault, you must be at least 25 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and provide a major credit card. Additional documentation may be required for certain high-performance vehicles. A clean driving record is also necessary for all rentals.
Our rental prices include comprehensive insurance coverage, 24/7 roadside assistance, vehicle delivery and collection (within specified areas), and standard mileage allowances. Optional extras such as additional insurance coverage, chauffeur services, and extended mileage packages are available at an additional cost.
We recommend booking at least 7-14 days in advance for standard rentals. For special events, holidays, or specific high-demand vehicles, we suggest reserving 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may incur premium rates.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable. Special event and long-term rentals may have different cancellation terms outlined in your rental agreement.
Yes, we offer complimentary delivery and pickup within a 25-mile radius of our location. For distances beyond 25 miles, a delivery fee applies based on mileage. Airport, hotel, and specific location deliveries are also available. Please contact us for specific delivery arrangements and pricing.
